We believe that life’s journeys can leave us all feeling challenged and alone with it’s lessons from time to time. The goal of Austin Counseling Connection is to provide support and encouragement for individuals, couples, and families along the path.
Our thought is that through careful reflection and the employment of varied clinical techniques, our therapists can assist clients in achieving resolution of their goals. These client/therapist connections create an energy of mindfulness and awareness that can only grow and permeate our lives. We hope that awareness of these connections leads our clients to feel empowered and revived.
Austin Counseling Connection is an agency that prides itself in the service of families. Our mission is to help support and strengthen the individuals within a family system and utilize techniques proven to foster the cohesiveness of the whole family. We provide individual therapy for youths and adults, as well as couples and family therapy. Our focus models are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, behavioral modification, and relational therapy.
The focus of the work done in therapy is based on the client’s goals. We believe that our clients are the best experts when it comes to their lives. We aim to encourage, empower, and embellish strengths when provided with the opportunity of assisting clients in honest self-appraisal as it relates to attaining personal goals.
